Case dismissed

OSTKREUZ wins - the lawsuit of the Foundation for Prussian Palaces and Gardens Berlin-Brandenburg has been rejected by the Higher Regional Court of Brandenburg.
We were threatened by a quarter-million Euro fine for providing photographs of the Potsdam palaces and gardens in our databank. The argued photo ban has been dismissed, freedom of press has prevailed.

The HRC of Brandenburg allowed revision to the Federal Court of Justice.
