05/24/2012 Sibylle Bergemann · Exhibition in Hofheim

Black and white photography is much more abstract than color photography and that is what makes it so timeless. Our colorful world is here a simple light and shade, it is reduced to finest gray tones.
The "Stadtmuseum Hofheim" presents an exhibition with black and white photographs by artists of the last hundred years. On one side of the generational spectrum are Marta Hoepffner and Robert Häusser, on the other side Martin Brockhoff and Marcin Nowicki. In between: Arno Fischer and Sibylle Bergemann. „Über Generationen. Bildsprache Schwarzweiss“
